Dr. Keith Franklin Lamar Polston serves as an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), practicing as an interventional spine physiatrist across three clinical locations in Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, and Summerville, South Carolina.
