Keely E. McCarthy, Ph.D. is a Professor of English and Writing Program Administrator at Chestnut Hill College, where she coordinates the Writing Program and teaches in the first-year writing and liberal arts curriculum. Located in St. Joseph Hall, Morton Wing, she brings extensive expertise in early American literature and writing pedagogy to her role.

Teaching and Writing Pedagogy: As Writing Program Administrator, Dr. McCarthy has developed significant expertise in writing pedagogy, particularly in first-year writing instruction.
