Ke Wang

Ke Wang is an Assistant Research Professor in the Department of Food Science at Cornell AgriTech, Cornell University. His research focuses on reducing food waste through microbial engineering and bioprocess development, with a focus on upcycling bioresources into valuable products and supporting circular economies.
