Dr. Ke Cao is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Wilfrid Laurier University, specializing in strategic management, risk management, and corporate governance. His research focuses on organizational behavior, sustainability practices, and the strategic role of legal frameworks in business decision-making. He explores topics such as B Corporation certification dynamics, multi-stakeholder governance, and the intersection of legal strategies with corporate identity.
His work emphasizes the critical analysis of corporate strategies in complex environments, including how legal counsel contributes to strategic planning through critical, intelligent, and intellectual thinking processes.
