Kayla Stefanidis

Dr Kayla Stefanidis is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) within the School of Law and Society. She leads the MAIC/UniSC Fitness to Drive Clinic, focusing on neurocognition, neuropsychological function, and driving capacity across diverse populations.

Her work includes systematic reviews on cannabis-related cognitive impairment, qualitative studies on social norm messaging for road safety, and mixed-method analyses of distracted driving behaviors among young adults. She collaborates extensively with researchers like Michelle Nicolls, Verity Truelove, and Mathew Summers.
