Kay Norman holds the position of Principal Lecturer in Adult Nursing at the University of Worcester. She has over 20 years of experience in higher education, encompassing academic, managerial, and research roles across pre-registration and post-registration nursing programs. Her current roles include leading the Health Professions Education and Practice (HPEP) research group and overseeing initiatives to enhance student-focused learning environments in academic and clinical settings.

Advising & Leadership: She supervises undergraduate and postgraduate/PhD students in research studies and has held leadership roles including Head of Practice Learning and Partnerships, and Head of Teaching Excellence at the University of Worcester.
Research Group: Leads the Health Professions Education and Practice (HPEP) research group, promoting evidence-based teaching and learning strategies in healthcare education.
