Katrina Wiberg is an Associate Professor at the Aarhus School of Architecture, affiliated with the Research Laboratory 1: Transformation. Her academic career includes roles such as Vice Chairman of the Association for Sustainable Cities and Buildings (FBBB) and membership in the Danish Censor Corps. She holds a PhD and MDL degree, with research focusing on landscape architecture, climate adaptation, and urban planning. Wiberg has led projects like 'Agenda Earth, track Nature: Water's Paths' and 'Danske byers tilpasning til havvandsstigning,' addressing sea-level rise and urban resilience.
Her research interests span climate adaptation strategies, sustainable urban development, and landscape design methodologies. Notable publications include works on coastal imaginaries and resilience, water management, and urban hydrology. She received the Courage Prize in 2018 for her contributions to environmental research.
