Katre Talviste is an Associate Professor of Comparative Literature at the University of Tartu's Institute of Cultural Research, affiliated with the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. She specializes in French and Estonian literature, comparative literature, and literary pedagogy. Her work explores topics such as literary translation, nation-building through literature, and digital humanities approaches to poetry analysis.
