Katie Wagner is an Extension Associate Professor in Horticulture at Utah State University (USU) Extension, Salt Lake County. She has worked at USU since 2011, focusing on urban horticulture education and sustainable agricultural practices.

Program Leadership: Wagner manages the USU Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Program in Salt Lake County and co-developed the Protectors of Urban Pollinators (PUPs) curriculum. She also coordinates the annual Utah Urban and Small Farms Conference and has led soil testing and water-efficient landscaping initiatives.
