Dr. Katie Terry is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Malone University. With 30 years of professional experience, her career spans roles as a caseworker in child welfare, adoption worker, crisis intervention specialist, and child therapist. She specializes in fostering inclusion for individuals with autism within religious communities and advancing neurodiversity paradigms in social work.

Research Interests: Katie’s work bridges social work practice with neurodiversity advocacy, particularly focusing on faith-based inclusion strategies.
