معرفی
Dr. Katie Daubney is a Lecturer at the University of East London, affiliated with the School of Psychology and the Childhood & Social Care Research Institute. Her work focuses on developmental neuroscience, particularly environmental sensitivity in infancy, neural mechanisms of sensory processing, and autonomic arousal regulation. She holds a PhD from UEL (2023) titled Environmental Sensitivity: A Multi-Domain Investigation of its Development in Infancy.
Her research explores how auditory and visual neural sensitivity interrelate with autonomic responses in infants, and how early environmental stressors influence emotion regulation and cognitive outcomes. She has published in journals like Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience and Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry.
Her studies bridge developmental psychology, neuroscience, and clinical applications, with a focus on identifying early pathways to atypical development. Collaborations include projects on infant sensory processing and stress physiology.
