Kathryn Wenham

Dr. Kathryn Wenham is a Lecturer in Public Health and Coordinator of the BHSc Indigenous Health and Wellbeing Major at the University of the Sunshine Coast's School of Health. She holds a PhD (Griffith University), MPH (Griffith), BA (Curtin), and BOccThy (Queensland). Her research focuses on cross-cultural health promotion, gender-based violence prevention, and health equity, with expertise in African immigrant communities and Indigenous Australian health. Her work integrates anthropological and occupational therapy perspectives to address systemic barriers in healthcare access.
