Dr. Kathryn Mills is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Sciences at Macquarie University. Her research focuses on knee pain management in active populations, footwear biomechanics, and early interventions for knee osteoarthritis. She holds a PhD from The University of Queensland and a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University.
