Kathryn Gifford is a Policy Scientist and Health Policy Fellow affiliated with the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. She is associated with the Center for Community Research and Service (CCRS), contributing to research initiatives in public policy and health-related domains.
