Kathryn Anastos

Kathryn Anastos is Professor in the Departments of Medicine, Epidemiology & Population Health, and Obstetrics & Gynecology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She co-directs the Global Health Center and serves as Associate Director for Global Health at Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Research focuses on HIV progression in women, health disparities in communities of color, and comorbidities like cardiovascular disease/diabetes in HIV patients. Global health initiatives include cervical cancer prevention programs in Rwanda.
