Kathrin Lauter

Kathrin Lauter is a Senior Researcher at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU), affiliated with the Institute of Bioanalytics and Agro-Metabolomics under the Department of Agricultural Sciences. Her work focuses on food allergen detection, analytical chemistry, proteomics, and agro-metabolomics.
