Prof. Dr. Kathrin Gräßle is Professor of Administration and Organizational Science at Hochschule Düsseldorf's Faculty of Social Sciences and Cultural Studies, appointed in September 2018. She represents the field of Administration and Organizational Science and leads the research focus "Welfare Associations/Social Economy." Dr. Gräßle was born in 1966 in Weinheim an der Bergstraße. She studied Educational Science in Tübingen, Copenhagen, and Dortmund, focusing on adult education, social work, and gender research. She completed her dissertation at the University of Duisburg-Essen on the study choice process of mathematically gifted young women.
