Kathleen Lynch is Assistant Professor of Learning Sciences in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Connecticut's Neag School of Education. Her research examines how education policies can enhance equity in STEM access, particularly through teacher development, personalized learning, and out-of-school programs.
With an Ed.D. from Harvard University, Lynch has published on curriculum reform, teacher evaluation systems, and informal STEM learning. Her work is supported by NSF, Spencer Foundation, and AERA grants. Current projects investigate policy interventions to reduce opportunity gaps in K-12 STEM education.
