Kathleen Franklin

Kathleen Franklin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology at the School of Health Sciences and Practice, New York Medical College, maintaining national certification (CCC-SLP) and state licensure.

Her educational background includes:

• B.S. in Communication Disorders from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
• M.S. in Communication Disorders from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
• Ph.D. in Communication Disorders from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln

Dr. Franklin serves as primary investigator for New York State Office of Advocate for Persons with Disabilities contracts focused on technology information/referral systems and loan programs. She chairs the School of Health Sciences and Practice Student Affairs Committee and conducts accreditation site visits for the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) under the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
