Kathleen Fowler is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of English at Old Dominion University’s College of Arts & Letters. She holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Old Dominion University (2003) and a B.A. in English from The College of William & Mary (1985), along with a Secondary English teaching certification from Norfolk State University (1991).
