Kathleen Fagan is a Professor at Felician University's School of Nursing. She holds a PhD from Columbia University School of Nursing, an MSN from Seton Hall University College of Nursing, and a BSN from Felician College. Her academic and professional work focuses on women’s healthcare, evidence-based practice, and culturally competent care.
She has led grant-funded research projects, including a foundational study on culturally competent smoking cessation counseling funded by UMDNJ.
