Katherine Winter is a Lecturer in the Department of Nursing at Shenandoah University, with over 15 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Front Royal Family Practice. Her work focuses on geriatric care, diabetes and obesity clinic development, and community primary care research. She also supervises nurse practitioner students and contributes to qualitative and mixed-method studies on dementia care in nursing homes.
