Katherine Jane Hanson

Katherine Jane Hanson serves as an Affiliate Associate Professor at the University of Washington, specializing in Scandinavian Literature and Translation Studies. Her academic work focuses on Norwegian short prose and poetry, particularly the works of Olav H. Hauge, alongside contemporary women writers and gender studies.

She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Washington in 1978.
