Katherine J. Debay

Katherine J. Debay, MSPH is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University School of Public Health. With extensive experience in international health and development, she has worked with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) across Latin America, West Africa, and Washington, DC, as well as serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua. Her expertise includes program conceptualization, resource management in challenging environments, and mentoring multicultural teams and students.
