Katharine Hude

Katharine Hude is an Adjunct Professor at Michigan State University's College of Arts & Letters, teaching Nonprofit Law within the Arts, Culture Management, and Museum Studies graduate program. She also serves as Senior Association Management Specialist/Staff Attorney at Dykema Gossett, PLLC, and as Executive Director for the Michigan Association of Treatment Court Professionals and Michigan Charitable Gaming Association. Her work focuses on legal services, nonprofit consulting, and advocacy.

Her research and professional interests span nonprofit law, public policy, and community advocacy, particularly in Michigan's opioid settlement funding recommendations and charitable gaming sectors. Katharine actively contributes to community leadership as a member of the East Lansing Kiwanis Board of Directors.
