Dr. Katharina Depré serves as a Researcher at the Chair of Business and Economics Education within the Faculty of Law and Economics at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Her role involves contributing to academic research projects and educational initiatives focused on enhancing teaching methodologies in business and economics disciplines.
Her research interests center on educational technology, digital learning tools, and teacher training, particularly in the context of business education. She has been involved in projects such as TWIND-WiPäd, which aimed to modernize teaching practices and develop innovative educational tools for educators.
Dr. Depré collaborates with the research team led by Prof. Dr. Olga Zlatkin-Troitschanskaia, contributing to studies on flipped classroom approaches, statistical software training (SPSS/STATA), and the integration of digital microlearning units in teacher education.
