Katerina Potika

Katerina Potika is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at San Jose State University. Her research spans algorithms for computer networks, social network analysis, graph visualization, and malware detection using machine learning approaches. She teaches courses on data structures, algorithms, and social network applications.

Recent work focuses on community detection using graph neural networks and malware classification techniques. She supervises graduate projects in social network analysis and machine learning applications.
