Kate Sjostrom

Kate Sjostrom is a Senior Lecturer and Associate Director of English Education at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), affiliated with the Department of English within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Her work bridges writing pedagogy, creative writing, and teacher collaboration. She holds dual roles in teaching and administrative leadership, focusing on enhancing writing education through innovative curricula and partnerships with Chicago-area high school teachers.
