Dr. Kate Cashman is a Senior Lecturer in Policing and Emergency Management at the University of Tasmania’s School of Social Sciences and affiliated with the Tasmanian Police Academy. Her expertise spans investigative interviewing, legal training for police, and forensic studies. She coordinates the Investigations stream of the Professional Honours program with Tasmania Police and is a researcher at the Tasmanian Institute of Law Enforcement Studies. Dr. Cashman is an award-winning educator with strong industry collaboration, evidenced by high student and stakeholder feedback.
