Katarzyna Najman

Katarzyna Najman, DSc, is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Functional and Organic Food within the Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences at Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW. Her research focuses on food and nutrition technology, emphasizing polyphenols, functional foods, and bioactive compounds. She has contributed to studies on garlic, flavonoids, fruits, and antioxidants, with applications in nutritional health and plant biochemistry.

Dr. Najman has published 37 peer-reviewed works, supervised 25 promoted theses, and led 4 research projects.
