Katarzyna Fuiks

Katarzyna Fuiks (She/Her) is an Associate Professor and Program Director of the Organizational Psychology Programs at the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant University. With over 30 years of academic and professional experience, she specializes in leadership development, organizational culture, multiculturalism, and talent management. Her career bridges academia and applied roles in organizational consulting and research.

• Education: PhD and MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University; BA in Psychology (summa cum laude) from United States International University – Africa.

Her research focuses on leadership, organizational behavior under stress, cross-cultural norms, and innovation in workplace dynamics. She has served on doctoral dissertation committees and contributed to curriculum design in organizational psychology.
