Kat Millward is a Lecturer in the Health Services Research and Management Division within the School of Health Sciences at City St George's, University of London. She joined the university in December 2015 and contributes to the Primary Care and Public Health teams, serving as Module Leader for Clinical Assessment in Primary Care and Introduction to Long Term Conditions.

Her expertise supports the training of future nursing professionals in public health and primary care contexts.
Kat Millward was awarded the title of Queen’s Nurse by the Queen’s Nursing Institute in 2017, recognizing her exceptional contribution to community nursing. She is also an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, reflecting her commitment to teaching excellence.
She is actively involved in academic and professional communities, including membership in the Royal College of Nursing and the Association of District Nurse Educators. Her clinical background as a Community Matron in Inner London informs her teaching and academic leadership. She currently leads key modules in primary care education and continues to contribute to nursing education and health services research at City St George's.
