Kat Lemons is a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics Education at St. Mary's University since 2016. She previously spent 10 years as a high school mathematics teacher and tennis coach in Texas, mentoring new educators. In 2013, Lemons served as a consultant for The National Math & Science Initiative (NMSI), supporting AP Calculus AB/BC teachers and conducting student study sessions. Prior to her current role, she worked as an adjunct faculty member at San Antonio College for four years, teaching Honors College Algebra, Precalculus, and Calculus I.

- B.S. in Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach (2006)
Her teaching responsibilities at St. Mary's University include courses such as College Algebra, Precalculus, Calculus I and II, Business Statistics, and Modern Geometry.
