Kasper Lange is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Technology, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Circular Design & Business. He holds a PhD in Simulating Industrial Symbiosis from TU Delft (2015–2022) and a Master's in Industrial Design Engineering from the same institution. His research focuses on circular economy principles, industrial symbiosis networks, and agent-based modeling for sustainable systems.
Key research interests include waste management policies, urban agriculture integration, and circular business model innovation. He has developed educational tools like the Re-Organise game to promote circular practices and conducted studies on SME waste separation behaviors using agent-based simulations.
