Karolina Grzyb

Karolina Grzyb serves as a Lecturer at the Department of Applied Cosmetology within the Institute of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Motor Rehabilitation at the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow since 2020. She coordinates Skincare Cosmetology courses and teaches foundational subjects including Basics of Cosmetology, Skincare Cosmetology, and Beauty Cosmetology, integrating practical techniques with theoretical frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetology (Applied and Care Cosmetology) from Krakow University of Health Promotion (2010-2013)
• Master's degree in Biology (Biological Regeneration specialization) from Pedagogical University of Krakow (2013-2015)
• Postgraduate studies in Cosmetology in Aesthetic Medicine from Silesian Medical University (2014-2015)

Her research pioneers regenerative cosmetology through biostimulating substances like peptides and exosomes, while investigating skin microbiome dynamics in dermatological conditions. She critically evaluates invasive therapies including micro-needling and RF microneedling, emphasizing synergistic treatment protocols with active compounds to enhance safety and efficacy in aesthetic dermatology.
