Karl Debreczeny is an Adjunct Lecturer of Tibetan Art at Columbia University's Department of East Asian Languages & Cultures and Senior Curator, Collections and Research, at the Rubin Museum of Art in New York since 2006. His work bridges Tibetan and Chinese artistic traditions, with a focus on Sino-Tibetan cultural exchange and Buddhist art.
