Karl Aberer

Karl Aberer is a full Professor for Distributed Information Systems at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) since 2000. From 2005 to 2012, he led the Swiss National Research Center for Mobile Information and Communication Systems (NCCR-MICS). Currently serving as Vice-President of EPFL responsible for information systems, he contributes to academic leadership while maintaining an active research profile.
