Dr Karim Nasr is a Senior Lecturer in Electrical Engineering (Wireless Communications) at the School of Engineering, University of Greenwich, United Kingdom. He holds a doctoral degree from the University of Manchester and has held postdoctoral and academic positions at institutions including the University of Manchester, Brunel University, BBC Research, NPL, Kingston University, and the University of Surrey's 5G Innovation Centre. He is currently a visiting researcher at the Institute for Communication Systems (ICS), 5GIC, University of Surrey.
- Education: PhD in Smart Antenna Systems for Wireless Networks from the University of Manchester.
Dr Nasr's research focuses on future wireless and broadcast communication systems, with expertise in smart antenna technologies, 5G innovation, and electromagnetic propagation. His work spans theoretical and applied domains, including industrial collaborations and participation in UK and European research projects.
