Kari Arnoldsen serves as a Professor in the Department of Mathematics within Snow College's College of Natural Science and Mathematics, where she has maintained a 32+ year tenure as of fall 2023, ranking among the institution's top ten longest-serving employees. She teaches core undergraduate courses including Calculus II (MATH 1220) and Intermediate Algebra (MATH 1010) for the Fall 2025 semester.

Professor Arnoldsen maintains active involvement with Snow College's community, having previously managed the math/science lab and hosted numerous family members as students. Outside academia, she engages in camping, international travel, gardening, mystery/science fiction literature, quilting, and global cuisine preparation within her extensive family network of 9 siblings, 52+ nieces/nephews, and 30+ great-nieces/nephews.
