Karen F. Marlowe is the Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Davis Professor at Auburn University's Harrison College of Pharmacy, affiliated with the Department of Pharmacy Practice. Her career spans clinical practice, education, and leadership, including founding the Auburn University Center for Opioid Research, Education and Outreach (2019) and leading the design of the HCOP Practice Ready Curriculum.

- Practice: Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy, credentialed in Pain Management, and provides care for inpatient internal medicine patients in Mobile, Alabama
Her research focuses on patient-centered pain management, including ethics, pharmacokinetics, and non-medicinal strategies. She serves on a state task force for hospice/palliative care quality and collaborates with the University of South Alabama College of Medicine.
