Kara Serenay is a Research Assistant at Izmir University of Economics, Faculty of Law, Department of Labour Law and Social Security Law since 2021. She holds a Master's degree in Private Law from Izmir University of Economics (2022) and is currently pursuing her PhD in Private Law at Dokuz Eylul University's Graduate School of Social Sciences. Her research focuses on Labour Law, occupational health and safety, and remote work regulations.
