Kalle Toiskallio is a Staff Scientist at the Center for Knowledge and Innovation Research (CKIR). His research focuses on smart city planning, transportation technologies, and socio-cultural challenges in emerging mobility concepts like self-driving vehicles and Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS). He holds a Doctoral degree in Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki (2003), specializing in the Sociology of Traffic.
