Kali Trzesniewski

Kali Trzesniewski is a Professor of Cooperative Extension and Associate Director of Research for the California 4-H Youth Development Program at the University of California, Davis. She holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Psychology from UC Davis. Her research focuses on developmental psychology, particularly how self-perceptions like growth mindset and self-esteem influence youth development. She designs interventions to foster healthy, resilient adults through school-based programs and global educational initiatives.
