Kaja Czajczyk

Kaja Czajczyk serves as a Lecturer at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow within the Faculty of Interior Architecture and Department of Interior Architecture Design, where she has worked since 2015 in the IV Design Studio of Interior Architecture.

Her educational foundation includes a Master's degree in Interior Architecture from the Krakow Academy of Fine Arts (2014), completed under Professor Beata Gibała-Kapecka's supervision.

Czajczyk's research centers on future habitation through an open doctoral track, adopting a holistic approach to human-centered spatial design. Her work bridges private residential projects with public utility spaces, emphasizing harmonious environments responsive to evolving societal needs. Notable creative outputs include spatial installations exploring minimal future living standards and multimedia exhibitions examining architectural legacies.

Recent scholarly output reveals a trajectory toward resilient design solutions, with her 2023 residential project demonstrating spatial optimization for urban rental markets and her 2024 museum exhibition pioneering adaptive public space frameworks. This progression highlights increasing focus on climate-responsive and community-oriented spatial strategies.

Since 2020, she has developed and delivered an original didactic program for non-stationary bachelor studies in interior architecture design. Her collaborative projects include:
