Prof. Dr. Kai-Uwe Schmitt serves as the Head of the Academic-Practice-Partnership (APP) Insel Gruppe at Bern University of Applied Sciences, School of Health Professions. His research bridges clinical practice and academia through interprofessional collaboration in healthcare settings.
