Kamil Mencik is a Lecturer at the Nurdagi Vocational School of Gaziantep University, affiliated with the Plant and Animal Production Department. His academic focus lies in horticultural plant cultivation, biotechnology, and soil-plant interactions.

Research interests span germination physiology, vegetable cultivation, medicinal plants, and organic farming. Recent publications examine tomato germination under boron/cobalt stress and Moringa adaptation studies in Türkiye.
