Jürgen Mallon

Prof. Jürgen Mallon is a Professor of Production Technology and currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Kiel. He specializes in teaching and researching Logistics, Project Management, and Quality Management. His career includes leadership roles in academia and industry, such as President of the Vietnamese-German University in Saigon (2012–2016) and Technical Director at Zwilling J.A. Henckels Shanghai Ltd. (2000–2005).
