Jutta Mata

Professor Jutta Mata serves as Vice President for Research and Career Paths in Academia at the University of Mannheim, holding the Chair of Health Psychology since 2015. She co-directs the Mannheim Center for Data Science and maintains affiliations with the Mannheim Centre for European Social Research (MZES) and the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin. Key leadership roles include chairing the Socio-Economic Panel (SOEP) academic advisory board and serving on the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) Scientific Advisory Board and GESIS Leibniz Institute Board of Trustees.
