Jutta Jule Greiner

Prof. Jutta Jule Greiner is a retired professor of Elementary Music Education at the Institute of Music (IfM) of Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. She previously held positions at the University of the Arts Berlin and the Berlin Kreuzberg Music School. Her career spans over 20 years in music education, focusing on early childhood and elementary music pedagogy. She co-developed the educational concept Spiel und Klang (1997) and collaborated with composers like Matthias Schwabe and Daniel Ott on stage productions with children, showcased in the Kreuzberger Klangwerkstatt.

Her research interests include innovative teaching methods in music education, rhythm-based pedagogy, and interdisciplinary music projects. She contributed to curriculum development for music teacher training programs and has authored textbooks and articles on music education theory and practice.
