Justyna Dabrowska

Dr. Justyna Dabrowska serves as a Vice Chancellor's Research Fellow in the Department of Management at RMIT University. She holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management from LUT University (Finland), a Master's in Marketing and Management from the University of Szczecin (Poland), and studies in International Business and Technology Management from LUT University.

Her research focuses on innovation management, particularly organizational renewal, open innovation capabilities, corporate-startup collaborations, digital transformation, and sustainability. She leads international projects such as EINST4INE (EU-funded digital transformation initiative) and OI-Net (European Open Innovation Network). Her work bridges academia and industry, with advisory roles for companies like Swarovski and collaborations with governments and non-profits.

Dr. Dabrowska’s teaching interests include Open Innovation, Applied Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Foresight. She has certifications in Scrum, Digital Transformation, and Strategic Foresight. Her international experience includes visiting roles at institutions like LUT University, Wharton School, and Jönköping International Business School.

Her projects emphasize innovation ecosystems, digital transformation, and future skills development. She actively engages in executive education, mentoring, and strategic advisory roles, contributing to tools and frameworks adopted globally.
